What is Aircraft Maintenance Technology?

This Aircraft Maintenance Engineers Technology program provides the student with the knowledge and skills needed to start the field of Aviation Maintenance Technician. When they are hired into the aviation industry, students can be working towards an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer “M” (AME) license. A technician or engineer in the field of aircraft maintenance is accountable for the maintenance and maintenance of aircrafts and the components of aircraft.
