InnoView 27″ Monitor Improves the Computing Picture

If you’d like to have a different view of your working productivity or game-playing perspective in 2023, then InnoView makes your decision to upgrade easy thanks to the release of its 27″ desktop monitor.

The InnoView’s desktop display has been added to the line of portable monitors, including the InnoView 15.6 4K HDR touchscreen display we looked at in the spring of last year.

This 27-inch full-screen option for desktops offers the FHD 1080p gaming display that has an ultra-thin LCD with a resolution of 480 pixels. It can be HDMI as well as VESA capable, and has the ability to refresh 100Hz and the contrast ratio is 4,400:1. It also comes with a movable tilt stand, as well as built-in speakers.

The InnoView INVPM701/27″ FHD/1080P is currently available at Amazon’s innoview store at Amazon at US$159.99. The 24″version is available available on Amazon priced at $119.99. The models share the same features.

Internal Workings

The large-screen has modernized ergonomics and a wide viewing angle , which provides sharp, clear, and detailed images from every angle. Its black metal frame as well as its sturdy, thin stand and ultra-thin frame are minimalist and stylish.

You can alter the vertical screen’s angle from 5deg up to +20deg. This decreases the stress on your neck and shoulders during long screens for play or work.

The maximum resolution at 1920 x 1080 pixels makes the content of the screen more clear when coupled with the contrast 4,000:1 ratio.

The 100Hz refresh rate beneficial for gaming or watching video as well as other images. Changes in images are quicker and smoother since the monitor and graphics card refresh rate is synchronized to stop the stuttering.

It results in smooth stitched footage and real-time action in fast-paced action scenes. The display’s response time is 8ms, which helps to reducing blur ghosting, tearing and ghosting. The low blue light as well as HDR technology helps to reduce eye fatigue over the long term.

What I typically think of as a weak point is the monitor’s brightness rating of 250cm2 (equivalent of 250nits). But, its more prominent contrast ratio can make a huge difference in enhancing overall performance.

The coverage of 99 percent of sRGB color gamut is within the acceptable norms of standard. The 8-bit grayscale that covers more than 16.7 millions colors in the 27” screen provides vivid detail and superior quality images.

Outer Design

This monitor for desktops has matte-finish and a black display It is compatible with the majority of standard graphics cards.

The HDMI cable is provided in the box, however in the event that you are using an VGA cable for connecting your monitor, you can connect it alongside this display. For standard setups, HDMI is the way to take.

The rear of the panel, there is one VGA port and an HDMI port to connect to laptops, PCs, gaming consoles, Chromebooks and many other devices. The monitor also features an audio-out port for connecting headphones.

The screen-based (OSD) menu gives access to many different scenarios. You can change the settings to allow screen sharing, video or image editing, watching movies, and games.

Poor Sound Quality

My only issue is the speakers of the monitor.

I initially connected the monitor to my current VGA cable to check the quality of the video. It was evident that it was not the best quality. screen’s two speakers inside were tiny and didn’t work in that moment due to the fact that VGA does not support audio signals.

For testing the audio quality, I hooked up to test the sound, I connected an HDMI cable directly to HDMI ports. The results were not exactly pleasing. Even after turning the volume control on the board to its maximum, the sound did not sound as clear and crisp.

I switched the audio output on my laptop’s speakers that led to better audio quality. However, it’s not as good as the rich, deep sounds that are produced by external speakers that I have connected with my docking station.

If the speaker on the monitor is the only choice, gamers or users who need high-quality and clear audio for audio calls or video playback will be extremely disappointed.

Final Thoughts

The 27″ screen is impressive and worth the cost, and the large screen improves my routine of computing.

My main desktop is connected to a 24-“” monitor. My laptop is linked by a docking station, which connects to a 24” display as well as a variety of peripherals. The combination allows me to utilize the laptop’s 15-1/2” display as a second screen, which is useful when I’m working in windows that display data I’m required to look at as I work with other windows open on the bigger monitor.

The 27-inch display allows you to display larger and more extensive window sizes on external screens. The additional screen area allows for greater performance and could eliminate the requirement to use a smaller laptop screen.
