Canva Brings AI-Powered Assistant: All You Need to Know

The popular graphic design platform, Canva, introduced a collection of AI-powered tools and a new Brand Hub during the Canva Create virtual event held on March 24.

One of the new features Canva introduces is an AI-based assistant that will help you quickly get desired features and design elements.

Additionally, it can make recommendations for graphics and design that go well with the user’s current design. Moreover, the assistant will help users easily use Canva’s AI-based tools, such as Magic Write, which is an AI-based copywriting assistant announced by the firm in December last year.

The magic write is now available to all users in 18 languages for all Canva project types, including graphic design, presentations, flyers, and more. It helps users to write website copy and summaries based on project type.

Other AI-based tools include Magic Design, Magic Edit, and Magic Eraser.

By using the Magic Design tool, users can upload an image and choose a design style to get customized and editable templates. By using Magic Edit, a user can add or replace elements in an image by recognizing and describing the desired change. Lastly, Magic Eraser will enable users to remove unwanted details from images.

Another presentation generator tool is introduced by Canva and automatically generates presentations with pre-filled content and outlines.

Whereas, the Brand Hub is a collection of features and tools for assisting teams in maintain their brand consistency including “Magic Replace” tool enabling users to develop their brand templates, folders, and guidelines.
